Replace a gray sky with a blue sky

This is a short tutorial on my favorite technique for swapping out a gray or white sky for a blue sky in Adobe Photoshop. I use the Select Color Range function as well as the Pen Tool to select, delete, and replace overexposed sky portions of my image.

In my experience vivid yet realistic images help a Real Estate listing stand out more which can ultimately get more buyers interested in the home. Let me know if you have any questions or comments on the techniques show in this tutorial.
